Shipping

SoundLines offers free shipping on all orders over R2500 to anywhere in South Africa, otherwise the shipping is calculated at checkout.

Generally it takes between 9-14 working days from when the order is placed to when it is hanging on your (the customer’s) wall. These timelines are however dependent on how long you, as the customer, take to approve your draft artwork. The timelines are roughly broken down as follows:

  • About 2 working days for provision of the draft artwork for customer approval 
  • 6-8 working days of production time ONCE customer approval is received 
  • 2-4 working days for shipping once production is complete 

These times are indicative and should be taken as a guideline. 

We use a range of courier partners and the deliveries come with tracking. We will email you the tracking number as soon as your order is booked with the courier and you will receive a sms from the courier with the tracking details so you can keep your eye on the progress of your delivery.
