how it works
Step 1
choose and upload
You land on our website and browse the range of designs we offer and choose your favourite design, colour combination, finishes you want and the size (it is a tough choice, we know!) eg. Story design, blue on white, on paper with a black steel frame in A2.
You have the option to include a HEADER and SUB-HEADER on your artwork. Most people like to include the song name and artist eg. Tiny Dancer, Elton John. But you can include some text of your choice instead if you like.
You include a link to your chosen song or you upload your audio file. Whether it’s Mango Groove, Mardy’s bark, baby Molly’s heartbeat or Mandisa’s voice note, we will memorialise it for you!
Complete the order by paying with your credit card.
Once payment is received you'll get an order confirmation email from SoundLines immediately.
step 2
proof and approval
Once you have placed your order you will receive an electronic draft of your SoundLines artwork via email for you to review and approve. Every SoundLine artwork is bespoke and made to order and we do not start production of your piece until we get the go ahead from you. We only pull the trigger on our production process once you sign off on your draft so please triple check that all is correct as we cannot accommodate changes after this point.
Once we receive your sign off, we start producing your bespoke piece.
step 3
produce and deliver
When your piece is complete it will be booked with our courier partner and you will get another email letting you know that it is on its way as well as a sms from the courier with the tracking details. Shipping takes between 2-4 working days.
Ding dong! Your SoundLines order will arrive and your audio will have been transformed into a beautiful keepsake.
From order to hanging your SoundLine on your wall will take no more than 14 working days. Not bad for a bespoke product made by living breathing humans.
If you opted for a digital file, the high resolution file will be sent to you electronically once you have approved the artwork.
