Returns and Refunds

Once you have approved the draft of your artwork, we print and frame to order. Owing to this process we do not hold any stock and so we are unfortunately unable to offer a return, exchange or refund on a product. We urge you to take your time when choosing your SoundLines artwork especially if you are considering commissioning any of our double or triple framed designs. 

Please also inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately (info@soundlines.org) if the item is defective, damaged or if you have not received the correct order. We will then be in a position to evaluate the situation and correct it. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
