We craft your SoundLine in-house; our prints are then produced by our amazing printing and framing partner, Orms.

SoundLines are made in 3 high quality formats that are quite different to each other so please read about each and choose carefully:

METAL

Our metallic artworks offer a luxurious and textural feel. 

This product is made from a smooth powder coated white aluminium and the result is a feeling of depth to the images and colours. Although not archival, the inks are designed to last but again we recommend that these pieces are not hung in direct sunlight. 

Hanging:

The pieces are frameless and are fitted with a wooden sub-frame (25mm Supa Wood) and two small D-rings for hanging. This 25mm sub-frame means that the piece appears to float when it is hung adding to the depth of the piece. 

PAPER 

High quality paper framed beautifully is such a classic. So well done if you choose this option!

Our SoundLines are printed on fine art archival paper (True Fibre Matt Art Print Giclée 200gsm). This is a smooth matt paper with a warm undertone.

Framing

Our metal pieces are frameless so framing is only available for SoundLines printed on paper. We offer two framing options: Black Steel or Natural Wood.

DIGITAL FILES

With our digital file option we create a digital version of the artwork for you. The electronic design file will be sent to you for you to bring it to life in your own time and on your own budget. This is a great option for customers living outside of SA or for customers wanting to gift a SoundLine to someone living outside of SA.

We only offer framing for our SoundLine artworks printed on paper.

We offer two framing options:

BLACK STEEL

The steel black frames have a thin front face profile and the look and feel is modern and minimalistic. The pieces are framed to image with clear glass, meaning that there is no mount board giving the artwork a clean sophisticated finish. 

NATURAL WOOD

The natural wood frames are classic in their design with a contemporary but more conventional framing profile in comparison to the black steel. The pieces are framed to image with clear glass, meaning that there is no mount board and the artwork is quintessentially stylish in its finish. 

A3: 420mmx297mm print size

A2: 595mm x 420mm print size

A1: 841mm x 594mm print size

Yes! Many customers buy a SoundLine artwork as a gift for someone. If you would like to delight someone important in your life but you are not sure what song or audio to choose for them, then a gift cardis the perfect option.

Customers often commission  pieces and we are happy to try and meet the vision you have for your SoundLine piece. We also work with all kinds of artists offering different artistic interpretations of both the audio and the visual representation of the soundwaves. 

So whether it is a crazy colour you had in mind, a specific kind of frame, a 3D string art creation or a mural for your restaurant or waiting room - we are keen to collaborate so please get in touch here.

9-14 working days from when the order is placed to when it is hanging on your (the customer’s) wall.

These timelines are however dependent on how long you, as the customer, take to approve your draft artwork.

We use a range of courier partners and the deliveries come with tracking. We will email you the tracking number as soon as your order has been booked with the courier and you will also get a sms from the courier partner. So you will be able to keep an eye on your artwork as it makes its way to you.

We offer free delivery on orders over R2,499. Any order under this amount has a flat delivery fee of R200 countrywide.

Digital files do not incur a shipping fee.

We are currently only ship within South Africa, however, if you're from another country and want to order from us reach out and we'll see how we can get your order to you.

Every SoundLine is custom designed and made for you. Once you have approved your draft artwork we are unfortunately unable to offer a return or refund. You can review our return and refund policy here.

On delivery of your order please inspect your SoundLine, if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect please contact us immediately (info@soundlines.org)
